I was visiting my Son & family in Beaumont, TX a couple years ago and my daughter in law introduced me to this incredible chili pepper!!!! Well I've been hooked since ☺️ I came home and introduced it to my grand daughter in laws. We absolutely love it. I ordered my Ristra after visiting Sante Fe NM. They are everywhere as decorations but hard to find to buy. The Ristras that I'd seen looked a lot different than the one I received from Hatch Chilli. Beautiful, colorful, fresh, and delicious! I’m enjoying my Ristra even as a new addition for my decor. Although I found that they are delicate as the peppers dry, and will drop seeds. No problem, I now have my Ristra as not only my decor in my kitchen, but a nice place to gather the fallen seeds and some of the Chile’s as they fall onto my counter top. I have been ordering Hatch chily for years. My family has been eating hatch chily forever. I use to order the pods, roast them, clean them then freeze the chily. Was a lot of work. Then I got lazy and started ordering Roasted hatch frozen chily . They come in hot ice and the taste of the chily is the same without all the work. Wondering why I didn't do this years ago. I have found the mild red chile sauce to be the perfect sauce for Chile Colorado. I always laugh that black pepper is too spicy for my wife but this Hatch Red Chile Sauce at the mild level is excellent for her.
