PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Embarking on a culinary quest, Lady Oyster aimed to marry the unique flavors of New Mexico's Hatch Valley chiles, known for their earthy, smoky qualities, with the briny, herbaceous, and sweet notes of Maine oysters. This ambitious experiment led to "Hatch x New England" - a spicy, zesty cocktail sauce blending the fiery Southwest with the crisp maritime charm of New England, crafted with love and a flair for regional specialties.

Processed in a facility that also produces Soy. Worcestershire Sauce contains fish (anchovies).
