I sent three posole gifts for Christmas. One arrived without the posole. You said you will send a replacement,but the damage is done, the gift looked measlly. You need better quality control.

The 2 people I gave this to LOVED IT. Only problem was one of the gifts showed up without any indication who sent it. Maybe add a gift option with space for a card. That will earn a 5 from me. I will order from you again and do will my friends.
