Hatch Chile Update Jun 30th 2012

Hello All, This is a friendly reminder that chile season will soon be upon us. Our farm was blessed to miss most of the hail which hit the valley this spring so we are one of the few farms with plenty of chile this year. We expect to start shipping the second week of August, so if you have already placed a pre-order and this week doesn't work for you please let us know. If you haven't placed a pre-order yet, we encourage you to do so soon as our 15% pre-order discount expires at the end of July. Pre-orders are guaranteed priority over customers who order later in the case of inclement weather or other delays plus you save quite a bit.
