Our son and his family moved to Seattle, WA. They reall missed the New Mexico Chili. The Fred Meyers store finally started stocking the 505 green chili, but still no red. Sent them 4 jars of the medium red. They loved it, but a bit to hot LOL, so my next order will be mild. The chile was so delicious. Hopefully the red chili will be in their neck of the woods sooner than later. Great product!!!

Hatch Chile always come fresh and delicious. Being a NM native and far away from the chile fields now living in OR, ordering directly from Hatch and still having that warm flavor from home is a godsend!
