Roasted Hatch Green Chile is one of our flagship products. We take freshly picked peppers from our farms and then roast and peel them in the traditional New Mexican style. This brings out the smokey, rich flavor that Hatch Chile is known for. Available whole (for rellenos) or chopped (for everything else).
After defrosting, store your roasted chile in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Roasted Hatch Chile can be kept frozen for up to a year.
Once roasted and peeled, Hatch Green Chile makes a savory topping for burritos, enchiladas, tacos, and even eggs! It's also great to incorporate into recipes - check out our Recipe Archive
The spiciness of roasted Hatch green chiles can vary. They come in mild, medium, and hot varieties. Be sure to check the heat level before adding them to your dishes to suit your preference.
Yes, you can buy your roasted Hatch Green Chile year round, direct from the source! We harvest and process enough chile to ship throughout the off-season.
